Intended Audience

This document is intended for software engineers that need to access advanced features of the macOS tablet driver.

Introduction

Most applications won't need any features beyond properly processing the tablet data already included in NSEvents. This document describes advanced features that the Wacom tablet driver applications can take advantage of, such as disconnecting the tablet events from the mouse and automatic scaling.
